Ordering and Payment

Order Online

To place an order online, please follow the following steps. You will be offered 2 payment method - Online and offline. Please follow the payment method you prefer and we will ship out the order once we receive payment.

  • Add product into cart and click "checkout"
  • Create an account and log into it or simply check out as guest.
  • Fill in your shipping information and billing information.

    • Online Payment - PayPal

  • You will be asked to enter your credit card information for online payment. The payment platform is via paypal and paypal will use the entered credit card information to process the payment. Do note that all transactions are done and completed by PayPal so we will not know your credit card details.
  • Wait for e-mail notification that your payment is verified and process by paypal and we will ship your orders within 1-2 working days.

    • Offline Payment

  • Please select 'Cheque Payment' for offline payment. Please make crossed cheque payment to 'Mitosis Trading LLP' and indicate order number at the back of the cheque


    • Order Offline

    You can order offline but the process will be more time-consuming. Please drop us an e-mail so that we can contact you with regards to your order. Offline order can be made via mail, fax and phone. Please provide us with product name, product code, quantity, shipment address. We will ship the goods once we recieve the payment either by cheque or bank transfer.

    Please allow 5 – 7 working days for your cheque to clear before your order is shipped.
