Return Policy

We want our customer to be full satisfied with our products. If something is not right, please notify us via e-mail. We will accept returns within 10 days from the date of original purchase when the following conditions are met;

copy of invoice and your signed delivery slip together with the product

the product must be in new and undamaged condition

include a day time contact number where we may contact you if we have any questions

Note: no refund will be made for cost of shipment

Note: opened honey product are non-refundable.

Refund will be made to the credit card the order was placed with. We will not refund to another account/card.

Please allow us 14-21 business days to process and refund your purchase.
